As per our return policy, we request you to send the products any courier on office address mentioned on our contact us page. Products must be in saleable condition. Return product as unwashed and undamaged with original packing and original invoice.
we don’t provide any facility to send the product back to us. you need to send at your own risk and charges within 15 days of registration of complaint. in case we don’t receive your order within 15 days we will cancel your order.
If I return the product how will I get back the courier charges?
once your product return and quality will be checked your shipping charges would be refunded in the coupon code that we will send you by email & SMS. you need to use that coupon code within 90 days.
in the case below scenario, you will receive the full refund
- we shipped wrong address that not matching your order address.
- if a manufacturing defect in the product
- send us an email on email@example.com with the subject “Refund”
to receive the full refund you must apply return policy.
- refund/ replacement of Products is subject to inspection and checking of product.
- Shipping charge would be included in the refund amount
